A million in a month or two that's a lot.
Trading is Simple. First you learn obviously, second is master your psychology and strategy. And most importantly you analyse, wait then react . Don't chase the MARKET..... SIMPLE

Here in South Africa we get london session at 9am and NY at 3:30pm. Move to a similar timezone for like a week or 2 on vacation and complete the challenge from there.

That is major leverage.
Personally I get 1:30.
that doesn't matter bro, he risks over 10 % of account with a reward of an average 50 % per trade, plus a good win rate on very few trades from any account size he has be it 100 or 100k. He is just increasing lot size on a good trading strategy, and with that high Win rate and very high returns, I salute him.

The timeframe that he takes the trade is the 1HR or 30min (whichever gives his entry signal first). But his take profit area seems to be on the 4HR
